This one-to-one mentoring program focuses on building relationships between high school students and elementary school students. As role models, high school students can find their own voices as community advocates and philanthropists. During once-a-week sessions, they guide elementary school students through activities that support academic achievement, social skills, and self-awareness.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas is currently connecting high school student mentors (Bigs) with elementary school students (Littles) in three school districts: Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Cabarrus County, and Kannapolis City Schools.
